Yoga & Sailing
September 4th - 11th, 2027 - from Athens
Sun. Ocean. Breathing. Beeing.
Imagine waking up to the gentle rocking of the sea beneath you, the first rays of sun kissing your face, and the day belonging entirely to you.
You move to the rhythm of your breath, while the sun reflects off the Mediterranean and dances across your skin. You savor a freshly cooked meal as seagulls glide past you. You feel the wind in your hair, the salt on your skin – and suddenly you know:
this is exactly what freedom feels like.
Greece has something magical. The colors. The light. The way time slows down here. As if life had been waiting just for you.
You'll return – with more stillness within you. With more courage to live. And with memories that will keep you warm for a long time to come.
Are you ready to reconnect with yourself?
What awaits you in Greece:
Yoga with Nilani
Whether on deck or along the coast – many gentle, deceleration-focused yoga sessions and meditations accompany us on this sailing trip.
All sessions are perfectly suited for beginners. Nilani can offer spontaneous variations for different levels at any time and respond to individual needs.
Professional skipper
Our experienced skipper Marco has already sailed around the world on his boat. He'll safely carry us from bay to bay – each one more beautiful than the last.
Are you interested in sailing and would like to lend a hand? Marco will gladly show you how you can help out.
Luxurious yacht
We select our yacht based on the group size, placing great importance on plenty of space and modern amenities.
Even though we'll be spending most of our time on the yacht, you'll find plenty of opportunities to retreat and have some space to yourself.
Fresh Food
Our chef Alex cooks fresh, purely plant-based meals every day. On board, we'll be treated to lovingly prepared dishes for breakfast and lunch.
In the evenings, we'll seek out a lovely local restaurant nearby and enjoy dinner on land.
Please communicate any allergies, intolerances, or other special requirements in advance.
Freetime
Our day is framed by invitations to yoga, meditation, meals, and other activities. You always decide for yourself what feels right for you and where you'd like to take part.
It's also important to us to create enough space for free time each day. That way, you can use this time entirely for yourself, or spend it together with others in the group.
Sleeping on board
The gentle waves of the Mediterranean will rock you to sleep.
You'll be staying in a double cabin, and if you book with friends, feel free to let us know who you'd like to be accommodated with.
The best investment is to invest in yourself.
A quiet adventure
Dolphins, sea turtles, schools of fish, octopuses, seagulls, whales, falcons, or even seals – what all we'll discover, we don't yet know today.
Far more meaningful, though, is what you'll discover within yourself during our time at sea.

the team
Nilani
For more than three years, Nilani has been running her own yoga studio in Liechtenstein, where she prepares and leads her classes with mindfulness, gentleness, and empathy.
She has a very special eye for the beauty in life, in people, and in things – beauty that she not only recognizes, but also continually and actively creates with love.
As a free spirit, she loves traveling and, above all, the power of the sea. So it was only natural to let her passions merge and, with this retreat, create a truly special life experience.
Yoga and meditationMarco
Marco discovered his passion for sailing long ago. His sailing grounds stretch from the North Sea, the Baltic Sea, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and the Pacific all the way to the Indian Ocean.
For him, there's hardly anything more beautiful than leaving everyday life behind and simply having the horizon before his eyes – the freedom you feel on the water and the sense of being in harmony with wind, waves, and nature.
For him, sailing isn't just a hobby, but a passion and a way of life. It means freedom, adventure, and the chance to see the world from a truly unique perspective.
Sailing and SafetyFood and RitualsAlex
In her everyday life, Alex is a doula, postpartum chef, and leader of women's circles and creative workshops. Whether she's working with food or with people, the love and mindfulness she puts into her work is palpable.
On board, she'll treat us daily to freshly cooked, plant-based meals. Both breakfast and lunch will be prepared by her.
She knows how to create and hold a space, and will invite us to a shared ritual experience on board – both to arrive and to bring our journey to a close.
FAQ
-
No! All yoga sessions are suitable for beginners, and our skipper sails us from bay to bay entirely on his own. Anyone who wishes to may help out with the sailing, but it's by no means expected.
-
You are responsible for organizing your own arrival. You may arrive on September 4th at any point during the afternoon.
On the final morning, we'll have breakfast together and then say our goodbyes, so we can prepare the yacht for handover.
-
No. We'll head to the coast from time to time as well. However, we'll adapt our route and plans spontaneously to the current conditions of weather, sea, and crowds, and cannot communicate an exact plan in advance.
For dinner, we'll head to a coastal area each time to enjoy an evening meal together at a local restaurant.
-
Of course, our yacht is not a cruise ship. But that's exactly what makes it special. We choose a yacht that offers enough space for all guests and has room to retreat. Add to that the endless expanse of the sea beneath us, which invites you to relax and take in the views from various spots on the yacht.
You should be willing to share living space with other people for a limited time. But you needn't worry about feeling confined. On top of that, we plan for time on land every day as well.
-
No. You're free to simply enjoy your time. If you feel the urge to learn more about sailing or plant-based cooking, you're welcome to lend Marco and Alex a hand at any time. But it's never expected.
-
If you book the retreat with friends, feel free to let us know who you'd like to share a cabin with. Otherwise, we'll assign the cabins to you, or decide together on site. Should you feel uncomfortable, you can let us know at any time and we'll look for a solution together.
